The Process

Let’s meet for 30 mins to see if we’re a good fit! We’ll discuss basic information, budget, and timelines to see if we’re able to help.

Values Collaboration Meeting:
We’ll start with 1 values based conversation to gather the details and help map out a plan that meets your expectations. Depending on the scale and needs of the event, we may have follow-up meetings. After this meeting, we’ll send you a recommendation of supports that stay within your budget.Event Logistics Meeting: Meet with our coordinator to discuss vendors, event timeline, and other important details so she can make your event flow seamlessly.
All of our meetings can take place online or in-person within 20 miles of the Snoqualmie Valley. -
